Healing begins with a sense of safety within yourself, your body, and your inner world. From that place, growth becomes possible. As a trauma informed and person centered therapist, I support individuals navigating Borderline Personality Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, schizophrenia and related disorders, and the often tender transition from inpatient or crisis care. I also walk alongside those experiencing suicidal thoughts, self harm, and overwhelming emotional intensity. My intention is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, gently grounded, and safe enough to begin reconnecting with who you are beyond survival.

Over the past five years, I have worked in inpatient and crisis settings, sitting with people in some of the hardest and most vulnerable moments of their lives. That work has shaped me into a therapist who is steady, present, and not afraid to go into the dark or complicated places with you. I bring both clinical skill and genuine humanity into the room. I also currently engage in diagnostic work, and I approach that process with curiosity, collaboration, and a bit of creativity. Understanding yourself does not have to feel cold or clinical. It can be something we explore together in a way that feels meaningful, sometimes even a little bit relieving.

I work with individuals experiencing psychosis, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, paranoia, hallucinations, and other perceptual disturbances, while honoring both the clinical reality and the lived emotional experience of those symptoms. I also support clients in reducing self-harm, navigating suicidal thoughts, and building safer and more sustainable ways of coping. I am currently expanding my training to support individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, continuing to integrate evidence-based approaches with compassion and care.

My approach weaves together Dialectical Behavior Therapy, somatic practices, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy within a person-centered foundation. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, even if it may not feel that way right now. Therapy becomes a space where we slow things down, make sense of what you are carrying, and build tools that actually fit your life. For clients who feel drawn to it, I offer the option of incorporating tarot as a reflective tool to support insight, curiosity, and self-exploration. This is always client-led and used thoughtfully to deepen the work, not replace it.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering and reconnecting with who you have always been underneath the pain, the survival, and the patterns that once kept you safe. Together, we will build a sense of safety within you, strengthen your ability to navigate emotions, and create more space for connection, clarity, and a life that feels more like your own.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT builds skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and communication. It supports balance between acceptance and change, helping you manage intense emotions without losing connection to yourself or others.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy focuses on the mind-body connection. It helps you notice physical sensations that reflect emotional states and release tension held in the body. This approach supports healing through awareness, movement, and grounded presence.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

SFBT emphasizes solutions rather than problems. Together, we identify what is already working and build from your strengths. This approach helps create practical steps toward meaningful change by focusing on possibilities instead of limitations.

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy centers on trust, choice, and your unique process. You set the pace. I provide a space where you are seen without judgment and where your experience guides the work.
