What is Addiction Therapy?

Addiction often develops as a coping strategy long before it becomes a problem. Many clients seeking addiction therapy are managing substance use alongside trauma, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress, and have not felt adequately supported in prior treatment settings.

We provide outpatient addiction therapy focused on stabilization, insight, skill development, and long-term recovery. Treatment is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to the function substance use serves in your life rather than driven by shame or abstinence-only narratives.

What We Help With

  • Alcohol and substance use disorders
  • Relapse prevention and recovery maintenance
  • Co-occurring trauma, anxiety, or mood symptoms
  • Emotional regulation and impulse control
  • Transitioning from higher levels of care into outpatient support

Our Approach

Treatment may include CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction or abstinence-based planning depending on client goals. We focus on sustainable change, accountability, and restoring daily functioning.
